Photo Booth Rental Agreement

Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit of $75 is due at booking.
Remaining balance is due no later than 2 weeks before the event.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be issued unless the issue is caused by Captured Moments or equipment.
Cancellations before 14 days before: 1 free reschedule.
No refunds will be given for backdrops or props.

Captured Moments Responsibilities

A trained representative will be present during the rental.
Captured Moments will arrive 60–90 minutes early for setup.
Captured Moments handles technical support during the event.

Client Responsibilities

Ensure venue access at least 1 hour before event for setup.
1 hour limit for take down required.
Provide adequate space & power:
- 360 Photo Booth: Requires approximately 10x10 ft of space.
- Salsa 2 Booth: Needs about 5x5 ft, great for tighter venues.
- Both require 1 power outlet.
Obtain venue permission for booth use.

Damages & Liability

Client is responsible for damage caused by guests.
Captured Moments is not liable for injuries due to guest interference.

Weather Policy

Provide dry, covered outdoor setup if needed.
Service may pause, cancel, or reschedule due to inclement weather. No refunds after setup.
Rescheduling allowed with fee.
Captured Moments is not liable for delays due to weather.
Service Cancellation Due to Safety Concerns: We reserve the right to cancel services without refund if there is violence, negligence, or unsafe conditions that put staff or equipment at risk.

Photo Rights & Social Media Use

Client receives digital copies of all photos.
Captured Moments may use photos for promotion unless the client opts out in writing.
We own the rights to all photos taken during your event and may use them for promotional purposes, including on our website and social media.

Overtime

$200 for Salsa 2 Booth or $300 for 360 Photo Booth per additional hour.
Must be paid before the extension begins.
